PORRES KENPO KARATE
Hall of Fame Sensei Jorge Porres Sr. is a 6th Degree American Kenpo Black Belt under legendary Grand Master Richard Planas. He has been the pioner for American Kenpo in Guatemala, Salvador and Honduras. For more than 30 years he has been an missionary in this beautiful art. Now he is teaching classes in Weston, Fl at V PRO K MMA Academy. He is the owner of the Jorge Porres Academy in Guatemala City, and succesful promoter of the Great Mayan Challenge in Guatemala.
He is a Naska board member, and promoter of the World Cup Combat Challenge that takes place in Fl, USA. He has graduated more than 400 Black Belts during his carrer, and he has two very succesful organization for Sport Karate, MMA which are IOKO and IOGO. These two organizations has supported martial arts in South, Central and North America for more than 15 years.
